The purpose of the State Sales Administrator is to provide seamless support to the Regional Sales Manager and greater Sales and Marketing team team. The SSA should ensure the State office environment is productive and efficient. The role is required to support the sales team with 2 days in trade, with 3 days in the office to collate and analyse data, process claims, produce reports and generate and follow up sales leads and opportunities working closely with the state sales and marketing team.

**OFFICE MANAGEMENT**:
You will co-ordinate day-to-day management and administration of State office including incoming calls and visitors, office environment, stock control, incoming and outgoing mail/deliveries & couriers. Support the Reception aspect of the office in relation to the management of customer services, stationery and business card ordering, cleaning, document storage, and numerous other ad hoc tasks. You will manage the State Field Sales Fleet enquiries, Manage the Administration budget in relation to Office services and submit invoices for payment via online system. You will also Co-ordinate and manage the state calendar, inclusive of planning meetings, SLT meetings, etc.

**SALES SUPPORT**:
You will spend time in trade (1-2 days per week) in the field to support the State when required (major CAPS, executional executions, compliance executions), Gather and collate data from customers for internal weekly stock on hand reporting and assist broader State Leadership Team RSM, ROP, FMS & FSM(s) with induction of new starters to the business. You will manage the State Vending Customer database through acquiring new vendors as well as maintaining relationships and existing Red Bull accounts. You will also collate BI Data and produce reports to help field efficiencies on regional/ tactical drives.

**REGIONAL SALES ASSISTANT SUPPORT**:
You will assist the RSM to coordinate meetings, including minute taking and follow up documentation, Analyse Customer Claims and ensure claimed invoices are in line with Red Bull terms prior to RSM approval. You will also be responsible for data Mining; use multiple data sources to produce weekly reports to support FSM(s), FMS, ROPM & RSM.

**PROJECT/EVENT MANAGEMENT & SUPPORT**:
You will provide support including project leadership where required for State events, Co-ordinate state-based meetings/conferences to ensure seamless execution. You will be the dedicated lead for total state Market Day/editions day lead and you must ensure events run to budget and outcomes are measured and analysed.

**Your areas of knowledge and expertise**:

- Year 12 Certificate Valid Driver's Licence
- 3+ years administration experience
- FMCG industry experience highly desired, but not essential
- Proficiency in MS Office - Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Demonstrate the ability to conduct successful telephone sales calls to potential and existing customers
