We are looking for a experienced and sales driven State Manager/Account Executive for a leading national provider of POS (Point of Sale) and Loyalty solutions to the Independent Retail Industry.

The role will involve:

- Full responsibility of the day to day operations of the state office and implementation team.
- Effectively communicate value propositions to clients that align to their business needs and requirements.
- Develop and maintain great customer relations with their existing key accounts through reliability, trust and excellent service with both business and technical decision makers.
- Bring on board new customers and establish new channels.
- Actively maintain accurate and up-to-date forecasts and related customer information within relevant databases.
- Liaise closely with the implementation, finance & logistics, national support and product teams to ensure timely, successful and rewarding solution implementation outcomes for all our clients.
- A passion to ensure a superior customer experience.
- Retail Technology savviness and comfort using modern technologies.
- Experience with dealing with customers at all organisational levels.
- Experience in the assessment and communication of solution value to clients.
- Successful software solution selling in a consultative environment.
- Strong understanding of business principles, customer business plans, key business drivers, financial situations, funding and decision-making processes.
