**The Position**:
We are seeking a
**WA State Manager** to lead our Western Australian Injury Management and Rehabilitation division. You will be a highly motivated and driven allied health professional looking to take the next step in your career Working in partnership and with full support from our national management team, you will embrace this unique opportunity to expand our successful Perth operations.
This is a full-time role based at our Perth office in Subiaco, balanced with flexible working options.
Reporting to the National Head of Operations, the purpose of the role is to:
- **Manage our People** - our people are at the heart of our business This role requires a leader who is passionate about the development of a successful and expanding team.
- Oversee the team’s day-to-day** delivery of our rehabilitation services**, ensuring consistently timely, value-laden and customer focused service delivery.
- **Drive operational performance deliverables**, including customer performance outcomes, revenue growth and customer engagement.
- Working with the wider national management team to establish and execute **an ambitious strategic growth plan.**
- Act as lead point of **contact for our Workers Compensation scheme insurer and agents**.
**About You** (please address in a cover letter):
- **Mandatory; **Allied Health background - OT/EP/PT/Psychologist or Rehabilitation Counsellor with at least 5 yrs workplace rehabilitation experience;
- People management experience in a rehab or industry related business (highly desired);
- Strong, current Workers Comp legislation knowledge;
- A genuine commitment to driving continuous improvement;
- A commitment to maintaining and promoting the existing positive culture within our team;
- Demonstrated ability to manage operational/financial requirements of a growing team;
- Passion for delivering growth through building sustainable new partnerships; and:
- A current Police Check and Working with Children Check.
