An incredible opportunity exists for an customer care representative to join one of Australia's largest and fastest growing logistics companies.

Located in Truganina and reporting directly to Senior Management, you will be an integral part of the team. You must be able to work under mínimal supervision and work well within a team based environment.

**This opportunity is for ongoing full time casual with a view to permanency.**

**(Must have flexibility around hours)**

**Responsibilities.**
- Be the key contact for all your allocated clients
- Provide support to the client by managing reporting and handling escalations
- Resolve all client queries in relation to ETA and POD requests
- Maintain all transport pre-alerts and delivery notifications
- Disseminate agreed / required due dates of shipments upon booking from customer to operations.
- Proactive notifications to client when there are updates or changes in their delivery
- Generate customer specific reports in their specific format
- Monitor incoming shipments and investigate with origins on any current/ potential delays
- Ad-hoc customer service related duties as required
- Strong negotiation skills

**What you will need to Succeed**
- 2 years experience in transport operations
- A stable temperament & capable of dealing with high pressured scenarios in a calm and systematic manner.
- Places great importance on delivering on commitments given to customers, staff and other stakeholders.
- Strong relationship building skills.
- Intermediate skills in Excel
- A High level of attention to detail

**Onsite Parking available.**

Successful applicants will be required to complete a police check prior to placement.
