Our Manningham /Boroondara office is seeking a vibrant and enthusiastic receptionist to join our growing team.

This position will be a busy and diverse role and will include a range of administration duties including:

- Front of house functions
- Database management
- Maintaining key registers
- Auction tasks
- Other sales and property management administration tasks as required

Previous experience in the industry or in a similar role is favourable. Knowledge of Property Me and Box + Dice would be highly regarded, as would strong Microsoft Office Suite skills.

Applicants must be well presented at all times, highly organised and motivated, and always maintain a professional veneer. You will need to have excellent communication skills and be able to perform under pressure. You must have attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to work both with direction and autonomously. This is a great opportunity for career progression.

A current Victorian Agents Representative Certificate would be highly desirable.
