**The Opportunity**

An exciting opportunity is available for an Administration support officer to work with our administration team at our Forrestfield Depot in Perth. On a daily basis you will provide support within the data entry and administration area for our freight distribution services and warehousing departments.

**Key skills required in the role include**:

- Creating Manifest consignments and updating as informed by dock personnel.
- Liaising with Dock operational staff to ensure all customer freight requirements are correct.
- Ensuring that all transport documents are correctly completed and compiled ready for departure in the drivers travel packs.
- Data Entry of Con notes & POD.
- Scanning paperwork into the freight system.
- Sorting connotes by destinations.
- Ad hoc administrative duties as directed by the Administration Manager.

**Previous Experience Includes**:

- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role within the transport and warehousing industry.
- A proven ability to communicate and interact.
- A highly organised and structured approach to tasks
- A high level of initiative, and proactive-ness
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and team player
- Full Australian Work Rights
