TCWA are seeking a customer and detail focused Service and Costing Administrator to join the Forrestfield team on a full-time basis. As The Service and Costing Administrator, you will be splitting your time and provide crucial support to both the service and costing administration teams ensuring smooth service scheduling, accurate job costing and providing an outstanding customer experience.

**The Successful Applicant**
- Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Proficiency in computer systems and administration tasks
- Technical or mechanical knowledge is an advantage
