**Job Post**:Manager Human Resources Business Partner**

The HR Business Partner will be responsible for supporting and executing the HR processes, programs and initiatives within the designated client group/s aligned with CSL’s HR.

**Responsibilities and Accountabilities include**:

- Supporting the Strategic HRBPs in delivering HR & Talent Programs and Initiatives to drive a culture of high performance and engagement at CSL
- Analyse performance drivers and metrics and provide leaders with insights and recommendations on their people to influence decision making
- Obtaining and using available people and business metrics to inform and proactively manage people decisions (data-driven decisions)
- Supporting all employee relations matters, including providing advice and counsel to managers concerning employee performance, policy adherence, harassment, compliance violations, grievances, conflicts, and union matters.
- Advising management in appropriate resolution of employee-related issues, communicating and collaborating closely with the respective HR Business Partner throughout the process
- Partnering with business leaders and applicable HRBP (s) to derive recommendations for organisational design
- Supporting the cyclical end-to-end Performance Review and Development process
- Working with the designated business group(s) to deliver actions that will drive an increase in engagement
- Supporting the one off and cyclical compensation and benefits program across the designated client group(s) as directed by the HRBP(s)
- Partnering with the business in scoping business need for new roles and role design within CSL’s model (Career Framework)

**Essential Qualifications/ Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, organisational psychology, business or related field is essential.
- HR Professional certification preferred.
- 5 - 8 years’ experience as a HRBP or Employee Relations Manager (or equivalent relevant experience working in a dynamic global organization).
- Strong Excel and Analytical skills
- Demonstrated experienced managing investigations and employee relations
- Labour (Union) experience preferred
- Hands on experience in Change Management using a successful model
- Good knowledge of HR processes gained in a dynamic organization
- Experience in a global company in a matrix reporting environment is preferred
- Strong understanding of employment related laws, regulatory and legal reporting requirements

- Effective communication and influencing skills to ensure compliance with company policies and practices. Must be skilled at and demonstrate the ability to support change management initiatives
- Performance management behavioural knowledge and organizational practices
- Able to establish credibility quickly and both build and maintain relationships across the organization
