**About the role**
Reporting directly to the Head of People and Culture, the Business Partner will support leaders across the organisation and will have responsibility for developing and operationalising best practice. The appointee will provide expert advice and counsel across all employee matters, including remuneration, workplace agreements and legislation, in addition to partnering with managers on performance and talent initiatives. A key focus will be implementing frameworks, policies, systems and processes for growth and an expanding workforce. Overseeing continuous quality improvement across the P&C function, and the engagement and retention of the organisation’s diverse and highly skilled workforce is critical. Embedding culture, values and behaviours and the demonstration of thought leadership will be integral to the success of this role.

You are a capable, collaborative and highly regarded human resources generalist with experience gained in fast-paced environments. With considerable experience contributing to meeting business performance goals, you find and implement practical solutions to common business issues. Energy, gravitas, empathy, tenacity and commercial judgement underpin your reputation as a trusted and emotionally intelligent, business-focused human resources professional.
