The Admin Assistant/PA will ensure effective functioning of all aspects of the office through the provision of effective and efficient administrative systems and provide a positive profile for the Director and the Department. Support the work of other staff within the department and dealing with department issues when warranted. Enable effective communication across all of Frankston Hospital departments as well as the broader Peninsula Health personnel.
This is a long service leave replacement appointment with the possibility of extension.

We anticipate you will have:

- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work efficiently with mínimal supervision
- Experience in a healthcare setting and medical staffing highly regarded
