About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised, creative, and proactive individual to join our team as an PA/Team Administrator. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and has a strong balance of administrative efficiency and creative flair. You will be working with a group of creative individuals in making a better world for all.
You will provide personal and administrative support for our directors while also playing a key role in creating marketing content, supporting business administration, and developing engaging presentations and pitches.
Key Responsibilities
Personal & Administrative Assistance
Manage calendar, appointments, travel arrangements, and email correspondence
Assist with task prioritisation and daily scheduling
Organise meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items
Support with personal errands and ad hoc tasks as required
Work efficiently to achieve deadlines and work goals.
Content Creation
Draft and edit social media posts, newsletters, blog content, and website copy
Support in creating visually engaging content using graphics tools (we use primarily Adobe Suite)
Help maintain brand voice and consistency across platforms
Assist in researching industry trends and audience insights
Pitches & Presentations
Assist in writing and designing compelling pitch decks, proposals, and presentations
Supporting the Directors in putting proposals together
Collaborate on structure, storytelling, and visual layout
Maintain and update pitch and presentation templates
Support with printing, formatting, or submitting documents as needed
Skills & Experience
2+ years experience in a similar assistant, communications, or marketing role
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Google Workspace
Comfortable with design and content tools like Adobe InDesign
Experience in creating decks or proposals a strong plus
Creative thinker with a can-do, proactive attitude
Friendly and caring nature and customer centric.
Nice to Have
Background in media, communications, design, or marketing
Basic video editing or social media management experience
Familiarity with branding, storytelling or strategic communications
Proven experience as a PA, executive assistant, or administrative support role
