Strong organisational abilities - staying on top of diaries and calendars, keeping paperwork (whether digital or physical) filed neatly, and always thinking ahead to what’s next.
- Initiative and drive - the best admin assistants aren’t just reactive, responding to needs as they come in. You look for ways to create efficiencies, streamline operations and implement new programs to the benefit of themselves, their execs and the business as a whole.
- IT literacy - this is essential to an admin role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and any other tools that might be used in the organisation (such as social media, SEO, or willingness to learn new technology) is a must. Bookeeping, Accounts Receivables and Payables, software e.g. XERO is a definite bonus.
- Honesty and discretion - administrative professionals are often privy to confidential communications, strategy meetings, business performance figures and other classified information. You need to be relied on to keep this information highly confidential.
- Personal assistance - play an important admin support role for our various other businesses within our group of companies and personal assistance in creating a prestige brand and image for both Executives which might require some after hours or weekend support work.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week

**Salary**: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
