**YOUR OPPORTUNITY**
We are on the hunt for a confident and proactive **Customer Care Consultant** to join our small but close-knit team of 5 who are based in our **Carole Park** **QLD** office.
This isn't just your standard customer service role, no two days will be the same while you support our **Construction** and **Government** clients with a variety of enquiries, and it's a great chance to expand your skills and knowledge and take your career to the next level
In this challenging and rewarding role you will proactively look for solutions that drive the right outcome for both our customers and business. Our supportive management and team will empower you to perfect your customer service skills, investigate issues and escalations, and harness your problem-solving techniques to reach quick and successful outcomes.
What your new role entails:
- Process orders, action requests (many of which are urgent), and investigate/resolve order issues and invoice disputes
- Action quote requests/tenders (of high dollar value) for a various infrastructure/projects, sourcing parts, and calculating freight charges for large orders
- Collaborate with Project Managers, National Strategic Account Managers and other stakeholders
- Action customer requests quickly, take ownership of enquiries, and find fast resolutions within allocated timeframes
- Understand individual needs of our clients and nurture relationships
What you’ll bring with you:
- Proven experience in a fast pace customer service role essential
- Proactive customer and solutions focused mindset, thinking outside the box to achieve results
- Amazing organisation skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise and confidently manage urgent and sometimes challenging client enquiries
- A strong understanding of Microsoft and/or Cloud based CRM programs
- A great team work mindset, with excellent stakeholder management skills
- Clear verbal and written communication skills are a must
