**YOUR OPPORTUNITY**

Due to business growth we are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Care Consultant to join our inbound Export team at our Carole Park QLD office.

**What your new role entails**:

- Build sustainable relationships with customers, vendors, and other key stakeholders
- Active participation in vendor product training to develop product knowledge and support customer needs
- Manage customer quotes, orders, general enquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues
- Take ownership and actively engage in all customer interactions to foster positive relationships
- Coordinating the transportation of customers' goods throughout the entire logistics process

**What you’ll bring with you**:

- Proven experience in a customer service environment
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales and service environment, managing competing priorities
- High attention to detail, with demonstrated problem solving and investigation abilities
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are essential
- Intermediate MS Office skills are preferred
- Experience in a similar role / industry will be highly advantageous, but not essential
- A strong desire to learn and grow, with opportunities for continuous development
