**Claims Executive**

We are seeking a Claims Executive to join Aon’s Private Client division, a team delivering bespoke insurance solutions to high-net-worth individuals and families.

**What you can expect in the role**
- Oversee end-to-end claims management, ensuring a seamless and efficient process from initiation to closure
- Advocate for clients' best interests, ensuring claims are handled in a compliant and efficient manner while maintaining high service standards.
- Liaises with insurers, loss adjusters, and internal teams to facilitate timely and fair claim settlements.
- Identifies opportunities for process improvements, enhancing operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**

This position will suit a someone with the following experience:

- Insurance claims/assessment experience, particularly relating to household claims
- Strong Customer Service Focus and stakeholder management
- Organised with excellent time management skills
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
