Customer Business Manager

The main purpose of this role is to build and maintain meaningful and commercially sound relationships with key Pharmacy customers to drive education, product recommendation and brand advocacy, enabling us to deliver our business objectives and sales target.

This role will be covering the West NSW area from Campbelltown to the Blue Mountains with a country trip for 3 days each quarter. The country trip is nelson bay area

**Responsibilities include**:

- Full commercial responsibility delivering against business objectives and sales targets within territory.
- Competent product detailing across the BioCeuticals and Blackmores portfolios of products (at a level appropriate to Pharmacists and Pharmacy Assistants).
- Delivery of informal product trainings in Pharmacy environments to small groups of Pharmacists and Pharmacy Assistants (3-5) to support product uptake.
- Retain existing customers and prospect for high potential customers, acquiring them and broadening our customer base.
- Trade and banner event attendance as required.
- Driving recommendation and advocacy via education.
- Working hand in hand with the Naturopathic Educators and State Field Managers (SFMs) to drive product recommendation and brand advocacy, enabling us to deliver our business objectives and sales targets.
- Completing admin work between customers using our CRM systems.
- Working collaboratively with SFMs as well as the broader AU field sales team through meetings, planning days and other events as required.Genuine commitment to the Blackmores values of Passion for Natural Health, Integrity, Respect, Leadership and Social Responsibility must be demonstrated.**What we offer?**

- Understanding of health and wellbeing with a sound understanding of the foundations of complementary medicine. An education qualification in naturopathy or related natural health fields will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of the retail Pharmacy environment as relevant to complementary medicine
- Sound understanding of commercial matters as relating to trade relationships with customers within the Pharmacy and Banner Group contexts. - Ability to use data and insights to drive decisions.Understanding of a sales cycle and customer journey of the retail / traditional pharmacy channelsBlackmores Group is a leading natural health company with proud Australian heritage, with extensive reach across Asia Pacific.
