**Role Responsibilities**:

- Start off with training in the gaps of your experience, if there is anything you have not done before or not fully comfortable with, you will be trained on THEN Take charge of a local portfolio, overseeing its management when you feel comfortable
- Foster effective communication between landlords and tenants, ensuring smooth interactions
- Skillfully handle maintenance
- Conduct meticulous entry and exit condition reports for properties
- Perform routine inspections to maintain property compliance
- Assistance with leasing, routines etc - Full team of assistant PM's already in place

**Requirements**:

- Hold a VIC Agents representative certificate or Cert IV
- Possess a valid driver's license and have access to your own vehicle
- Provide a current police check, ensuring trust and reliability
- Demonstrate a minimum of 6 months of experience as an Assistant or Junior Property Manager
