Martin Brothers are actively looking for a Leading Hand Landscaper. We are looking for experienced landscapers who are great at working as a team and passionate about constructing incredible landscapes. You could be currently operating as a Leading Hand or looking for the next step in your career

**The Role**

Leading Hands at Martin Brothers are experienced landscapers who lead from the front, manage on-site variables autonomously and confidently manage their team to ensure excellence is delivered within a specified timeframe. This is a full-time role, working on both commercial and residential projects in Brisbane and the Gold Coast. At Martin Brothers, you will have the chance to work on some of the most prominent landscape projects in South East Queensland. Put simply, we do great work.

**Requirements**:

- Brisbane or Gold Coast Based
- Strong background in Landscape Construction
- Excellent management skills
- Able to take instruction and contribute ideas to the team
- White card & Driving License

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Experience**:

- Landscaping: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- White Card (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
