About the role

Join the dedicated team at Eureka Landscapes as a full-time Landscape Construction Team Member based in the Western Corridor in South-East, QLD. In this hands-on role, you will work under the direction of an experienced Foreman / Leading Hand to help deliver high-quality landscape construction projects.

What you'll be doing

  • Following instructions from the Foreman / Leading Hand to complete assigned landscape construction tasks
  • Reading and working from site plans and drawings
  • Assisting with site preparation, set-out, and installation of hardscape and softscape elements
  • Constructing retaining walls, pathways, garden beds, turf areas, and other landscaping features
  • Operating tools, machinery, and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Carrying out planting, mulching, and other horticultural tasks as directed
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised worksite in line with WHS requirements
  • Supporting other team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in landscape construction or similar outdoor labouring work
  • Ability to read and interpret basic site plans (training can be provided)
  • Good understanding of safe work practices and use of tools/equipment
  • Physically fit with the ability to work in various weather conditions
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately
  • A current driver's licence (manual preferred)
  • Construction White Card (required)
