About the Opportunity

We're partnering with a well-established landscaping business based in Kelvin Grove that delivers residential and commercial projects across Brisbane. With multiple crews on the ground, they take pride in maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety, and client service.

We are now seeking skilled and motivated people ready to take the next step in their landscaping career. If you're confident in running irrigation, supervising small teams, or leading jobs on site, these roles are a great opportunity to progress. We're also open to experienced landscape maintenance labourers who want stable, long-term work and the chance to step up into leading hand positions.

What You'll Do:

  • Carry out landscape construction and maintenance across varied Brisbane sites
  • Operate tools and equipment hedge trimmers, blowers, whipper snippers, mowers, drills, saws, and irrigation systems
  • Install, troubleshoot, and maintain irrigation systems
  • Lead small crews and keep jobs running smoothly (for leading hand roles)
  • Support with hardscaping, turfing, planting, and general landscape works
  • Maintain safety standards and care for tools and machinery

What You'll Need:

  • Strong background in landscaping, horticulture, or garden maintenance
  • Irrigation knowledge and hands-on experience highly regarded
  • Ability to supervise or mentor small crews (leading hand applicants)
  • White Card and valid driver's licence
  • Physically fit and reliable with a strong safety focus
