**About the position**:
The Head of Services, Australia you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of services related to our cutting-edge energy storage systems, overseeing maintenance and operations, and managing Long-Term Service Agreement (LTSA) contracts with our customers.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
**Overall leadership**:
- Lead the Australia Services income state performance, including budget development and representing Australia Services team within the APAC Region Senior Leader Team.
- Drive and own Service Business performance KPI’s Drive preventive and reactive maintenance execution for Fluence built assets and third-party assets
- Lead the end-to-end service delivery process, with a focus on the maintenance and operations of energy storage systems.
- Manage LTSA contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions, and fostering long-term customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and product teams to ensure a coordinated approach to client services, product enhancement, and contract management.

**Services Execution**:
- Develop and implement project plans for maintenance and operations, coordinating resources, schedules, and activities to meet project milestones and client expectations.
- Define asset management strategies while incorporating a continuous improvement approach.
- Identify issues affecting product performance or Fluence Service and Support business performance, develop plans for resolution, socialize, execute resolution and follow up to ensure sustainability.
- Support/Lead/Facilitate internal and external Root Cause Analysis and Management of Change Activities.
- Support global services OEM suppliers’ management.
- Develop & deploy asset management strategies for customer assets.
- Collaborate with the NOC team to enhance fault recovery procedures and develop training programs for improved incident response, ensuring mínimal downtime and maximum system reliability.
- Implement strategies to improve reactive maintenance procedures, reducing response times and enhancing the overall reliability of our energy storage systems

**Team Management**:
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing safety team across all organizational levels.
- Provide training, guidance, and resources to internal stakeholders to strengthen safety awareness and competencies.
- Champion a culture of accountability and continuous improvement in safety practices.

**Client Relationship Management**:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and ensuring 100% Compliance and exceptional service delivery.
- Support in the provision technical expertise through your team to resolve complex issues, serving as a point of escalation for challenging service-related matters.

**Vendor Management**:
- Maintain strong relationships with equipment vendors, participating in vendor meetings and negotiations to ensure the timely resolution of technical issues and the acquisition of necessary spare parts.

**Required Qualifications, skills and Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in service operations, asset management, or related roles, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
- Proven experience in managing P&L, budgeting, and financial accountability.
