**Your New Role**
As the Head of Marketing Services, you will report into to the Head of Member Experience & Marketing and work to develop and deliver marketing campaign and communication assets, events and digital media activity for brand and acquisition, engagement and retention, and other key Fund objectives and activities, through the management of inhouse creative services, event co-ordination, digital media planning and buying, print production, and marketing automation.
**Key duties include but are not limited to**:
- Ensure opportunities for leverage and integration are identified across the department (integrated strategic plan across teams).
- Support acquisition, engagement/retention, and broader Fund objectives through delivery of inhouse creative services, event co-ordination, digital media planning and buying, print production, and marketing automation.
- Engage with agencies and other marketing partners to ensure value for investment, high quality outputs and cultural alignment.
- Build and maintain relationships with external providers to achieve the best outcomes for members in a cost-effective way that aligns to the core member offer proposition.
- Contribute both functional expertise and broader leadership and business management ideas, skills, and experience as part of cross-Fund initiatives.
- Drive evidence-based decision making by leveraging relevant, meaningful and simple metrics that provide quality data for informed decision making.Facilitate a risk and compliance mindset throughout the team by leading the team to operate and make decisions according to the Fund’s Policies, Standards and Procedures and the Fund’s Key Decision Registers and the delegated authorities.
**What you’ll need**
- An ability to translate member needs and preferences, regulatory requirements and the Fund’s strategic ambitions to workable and measurable solutions with a member-centric lens.
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse and dispersed teams to a high standard, including managing underperformance.
- Ability to negotiate and finalise outcomes with a range of stakeholders, both internal and external, to co-create and deliver outcomes.
- Results-oriented, with highly developed analytical, problem-solving and organisational skillsStrong budget management skills, strategic thinking and business acumen.
