About the role
We are looking for a Compliance Coordinator to join the team on a permanent basis.
As our Compliance Coordinator, you will be an administration superstar responsible for supporting the Compliance function at Elders. An integral member of the team under the Head of Compliance you will assist supporting the business in meeting our compliance obligations and foster a positive culture across the Elders network
**Responsibilities**:
- Engage with stakeholders to foster a culture of compliance- Manage compliance and policy databases- Support compliance assessment and monitoring initiatives- Promote compliance improvement initiatives- Monitor changes to compliance requirements and amendments to regulations
About you- Enjoy problem-solving and analysing data- Flare for engaging stakeholders and building relationships- Previous experience in Project management- Are a team player with a can-do attitude- Compliance and/or policy skills preferred but not essential- An understanding of agricultural is desirable but not essential
