**How will I help?**

The purpose of the role is to ensure that Business Lending’s (BL) risk governance through reporting is effective and aligned to frameworks and ensure senior leaders are enabled to manage their risks through quality reporting and insights.

The Manager, Risk Governance will have the following responsibilities:

- Contributing to and support secretariat functions for the Business Lending Risk Committees and forums and BL reporting to CBB RISKCO and any other ad-hoc Committee as required
- Support the Governance team in reporting analytics, insights and disclosure to support effective risk management across BL (including insights over RAS, RAD, KIs and VC)
- Provide feedback to the EM, Governance on potential enhancements to reporting frameworks, policies, templates and standards.
- Coordinate and facilitate the drafting of management reports for formal governance meeting, making sure risks are articulated clearly within the following BL Committees/Forums - Risk Management Stand-up, Non-financial (NFR) RISKCO, Financial RISKCO and Value Chain Risk Forum (including Product Governance Forum).
- Support the EM and SM of Governance in the timely production and distribution of agenda; collation and quality review of papers from various authors; and accurate completion of minutes and action items
- Produce and maintain reporting analytics, insights and disclosure to support effective risk management across BL (including insights over RAS, RAD, KIs and VC).

**What do I need?**

You must have 3 to 5 years of experience working in a large and complex organisation with relevant risk experience and knowledge and experience in Governance and/or Reporting, business knowledge and operational risk and compliance frameworks including secretariat experience.

You must have strong written & verbal communication skills and good stakeholder management.
