**How will I help?**

You will be responsible to ensure the performance of controls and processes that ensure the Business Lending LOB complies with the Product & Services Lifecycle Policy, Value Chain Management Policy and Design and Distribution Obligation.

You will also be responsible for:

- Managing the performance of controls and process that ensure products and the value chain comply with the:

- Product and Services Lifecycle (PSL) Policy and standards;
- Value Chain Management (VCM) Policy and standards; and
- Design and Distribution Obligations (DDO).
- Preparing reports that provide an independent assessment of product and Value Chain compliance with, and performance against policy.
- Making recommendations to improve product and value chain management controls and processes

**What do I need?**
- You will be a self-starter, able to work self sufficiently
- Product or process governance and improvement experience
- Controls and risk management experience
- Ability to play a mentoring relationship for the wider team
- Capability to facilitate and foster stakeholder relationships
- Power to exercise governance and best practise
- You will carry a wealth of problem-solving skills and decisive thinking
- Ability to engage and influence key stakeholders
- Desire to be constantly challenged and develop new knowledge

Financial services background is essential.
