Job Profile
The Business Analyst (internally known as Senior Business Analyst) analyses data to inform and support the translation of Lotterywest's strategic priorities into actionable outcomes. This role is responsible for the interpretation of business needs, identification of business impacts and development of project deliverables. The role has the following key areas of focus:
- Facilitation and Collaboration
- Research
- Critical document development
- Impact Analysis
- Change and Implementation Support
- Stakeholder Management
- Project Support
- Business Improvement
The successful applicant will be assigned to one or more initiatives/projects within our delivery roadmap.
About you, you have:
- Experience identifying and analysing business requirements and business impacts.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of business analysis experience.
- Experience with the development of project deliverables across the project delivery lifecycle.
- Experience developing requirements documentation, business cases and reports, and process maps and workflows.
- Excellent analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills and demonstrated experience solving complex business challenges/opportunities.
