The role of an Order Management Team Leader is to optimize team performance by driving operation excellence through daily oversight, performance tracking and metric reporting.
You will have demonstrated the ability to create a motivating environment through team building activities that promotes individual and team success. Ensure customer-centricity by collaborating with sales and facilitating a positive experience. Above all, you will have strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, excellent resolution skills, resilience, and adaptability.
**What your day-today look like**:
- Oversee day to day teams’ operation and performance.
- Hold team huddle twice weekly to share highs/lows and awareness of impacting activities on the team.
- Monitor team performance and report metrics, weekly, monthly & quarterly.
- Conduct 1:1 with team members monthly and conduct quarterly bonus reviews for all team members based on performance.
- Implement cross training and skill maintenance within the roster to mitigate resourcing gap risks.
- Assist with escalations and complex issues raised by the team especially if it poses a customer/business risk.
**What you will bring to the role**:
- Three years’ experience as a Team Leader or similar role within order management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of performance metrics within an order environment.
- High level of competency with the ability to work with multiple systems including SAP, Salesforce & Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on not only business success but he success of your team.
