**Safety**

Proactive engagement in ensuring a safe working environment

Ensure timely reporting of any EHS incidents

Ensure cell is clear of clutter, tools stored appropriately, and floor is clear

Timely cell audits

**Leadership**

Coordinate activities of cell to achieve planned production targets & improve cell’s performance

Maintain a team of motivated cell operators

Collaborate effectively as a team with planners, warehouse/logistics, engineering and QA

Mentor, monitor and assist operators to undertake productive, high quality assembly tasks

**Quality Control**

Promote a culture of quality and encourage the team to raise any quality issues

Process non-conforming parts identified in the production cell

Raise CFDB, NCR, defective tags, rework instructions as required in a timely manner

**Delivery**

Monitor variables affecting cell productivity and initiate corrective action

Collaborate with planner to understand build plan at least 3 months in advance

Demonstrate a sense of urgency when blockers are uncovered

Collaborate with the Spares cell to ensure timely delivery of built to order parts

**Administration**

Ensure product Device History Records are accurate, comprehensive, and correctly compiled

Accurately collate operator timesheet data

Update relevant databases and/or bowlers on daily basis and report out each day

Maintain accurate and up to date training records for operators

Review PCP’s for updates as required

**Continuous Improvement / DBS**

Actively contribute and encourage continuous improvement

Kamishibai - Prepare cards, train operators and monitor cadence for cell

Update, maintain and present +QDIP cell visual management reporting charts.

Maintain a clean and well organised manufacturing cell using 5S
