**The Opportunity**:
We're on the lookout for an accomplished recruitment and/or sales leader to for our Mining team. This hands-on role recruitment role will see you working closely with your team, not only leading but recruiting alongside them. Based in our central CBD Brisbane office, this pivotal role offers autonomy and the chance to shape it to your strengths. With an established team and a robust client base, you'll be part of the leadership team driving success across the Brisbane business and developing the team's capabilities for ongoing success.

**Your Profile**:

- Previous experience in agency recruitment and labor-hire at the senior level (preferred)
- A proven ability to build and lead high-performance teams with a track record of results
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in leading and coaching teams
- High initiative and strong teamwork skills
