**About the Role**

As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for driving performance, engagement, and innovation across the team in a fast-paced, industrial environment.

Based in south-west Brisbane, a commitment and genuine desire to be in the office is essential, given the leading nature and the stakeholder management of the role.

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you must possess heavy industrial recruitment experience, with the ability to recruit high-volume across regional areas. Experienced in running recruitment campaigns, you are skilled in partnering with local providers to create employment partnerships in regional areas.

You will be experienced in upskilling a team; able to develop a recruitment plan and execute it successfully, whilst also being hands-on with the end-to-end recruitment of roles.

This role also has the opportunity to work on areas such as, EVP and Succession Planning, so a fantastic role if you have the appetite.
