**Recruitment Team Leader**

As we embark on our next phase of growth into other sectors, we're seeking a passionate **Recruitment Team Leader** to build and manage your own team of Recruitment Consultants and Resourcers. Get in on the ground floor This is a great opportunity with unrestricted access to leading accounts.

**Responsibilities**:
**Business Development**
- Establish, build, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Understand the evolving needs of the industries you serve, offering tailored solutions and advice.

**Talent Acquisition**

**Market Research & Analysis**:

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and shifts, ensuring Glen Fisk Recruitment remains at the forefront of the sectors we serve.
- Attend industry events, workshops, and conferences to network and gather insights.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Work collaboratively with the internal team to refine and enhance recruitment processes and strategies.
- Offer feedback and insights from your sector, contributing to the overall growth and direction of Glen Fisk Recruitment.

**Qualifications and attributes required**:

- Prior experience in recruitment, preferably within the Executive, Construction, Financial, or HR sectors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with recruitment software and platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
