Blake Oliver has an exciting opportunity for you to join a great organisation based in North Sydney which has an opening on their Motor Claims Team. You will join a stable team which supports each other where you will manage you own portfolio of motor claims from lodgement through to completion as well as recoveries. We are seeking motor claims professionals experienced in either commercial, domestic, or fleet.

For this organisation experience is obviously very important, however team fit, having the right attitude and being customer focused is top of their list.

As a Motor Claims Consultant, you will be responsible for
- Managing your own portfolio of motor claims from lodgement through to settlement, including complex and total loss matters.
- Determine liability and negotiate settlement.
- Liaising with other insurers, brokers, claimants, repairers, and assessors over the phone and in writing.
- Ensuring that a strong client relationship is being maintained throughout the claims management process.

Essential Requirements
- Motor (commercial or domestic) claims experience.
- Proven ability effectively managing a complex portfolio of motor claims with experience managing claims from lodgement through to settlement.
- Effective communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
- Team and customer focused attitude.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Excellent attention to detail.
