**The Company**

Our client is one of the largest providers of essential services across Australia.

**The Role**

To contribute to the profitability and growth of the business by performing allocation and administrative duties. Some of the responsibilities will include:

- Manage all breakdown calls form BU/Driver
- Maintain all Fleet supplier and repairer networks and monitor performance, measure against similar suppliers to show best value for SSM.
- Manage accident claim process
- Manage fuel card and Etag ordering process
- Assist with the new vehicle and delivery process
- Process registration renewals in a timely manner
- Process Infringement notices in a timely manner
- Assist Fleet Finance Administrator with regular audit of high-risk vehicles to ensure compliance certifications obtained and recorded.
- Assist with obtaining vehicle quotations from preferred supplier network as per fleet request
- Ensure all purchase orders are raised and completed correctly as per checklist and company procedures
- Service Due reports collated and delivered on time and accurate. Follow up by phone to BU every week for all assets overdue
- Utilise standalone databases to record, assign action and follow through on enquiries, repairs & maintenance and to maximize the provision of information
