**An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated, multi skilled individual to join our Fleet Department at Eagers Automotive**

You will have strong computer knowledge, be organised, have the ability to multitask but most importantly you will possess exceptional communication skills and a passion for customer service.

**About the role**:

- Monitoring vehicle orders and preparation
- Keeping our valued Guests up to date with their orders and after sale follow up
- Vehicle hand overs
- Maintaining the paperwork flow for the department

**If you are ready to bring your ‘A’ game to the role as Fleet Administrator, we’d love to hear from you ASAP.**

You will be a very important part in a team that works closely together to achieve great results and outstanding Guest service.

You will also need to assist with the general admin of the dealership and roll your sleeves up to provide sales support to our fleet team. Knowing your way around the Microsoft Suite and having a manual driver’s licence is essential.

- A current driver’s license.
