**Summary**:
To holistically manage Omron’s Control and Component product portfolio as a Product Manager/Specialist and assist the marketing department by performing the following duties:
**Product**
- Develop and execute a product marketing plan, managing lifecycles, stock, and product positioning in the marketplace for industrial Control and Components.
- Work with Engineering Committee to manage product portfolio for growth and profit targets.
**Practice**
- Execute and develop professional practice for robot maintenance and service
**Price**
- Design and execute price structures for new and existing products through analysis of customers, competitors, and the company.
- Run campaigns to promote sales through promotion and clearance.
**Place**
- Work with Digital Marketing Specialist to grow online sales and reach.
- Grow and expand wholesaler, distributor, and Accredited System Integrator business.
**Promotion**
- Promote and participle in events such as seminars, webinars, tradeshows, and exhibitions.
- Design and run campaigns to drive sales and profit growth through content creation and digital promotion.
**Any other task delegated to by the Marketing Manager.**
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- 5 years of working experience in a related field
- Proven experience and understanding of automation products and solutions
- Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
- Self-motivator with high-quality standards
- Demonstrates a proactive and positive attitude
- Preferred experience in product portfolio management is desired but not a must
