**The Role**:
We are in search of a dedicated General Practitioner Recruiter to join our team. This pivotal role focuses on attracting and hiring the best GPs to meet the growing needs of our medical centres. Leveraging your recruitment expertise and understanding of the healthcare landscape, you will play a critical role in shaping the quality of care we offer by sourcing and placing top-tier medical professionals in our clinics.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrated success in recruitment with experience in the healthcare (doctor) sector.
- Be self-motivated and have the ability and level of accountability to manage own workload
- Has GP Industry experience and has built a network
- Keep abreast of trends in healthcare recruitment, regulatory requirements, and best practices to enhance our recruitment approach and outcomes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $90,000.00 - $108,167.24 per year

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
