Role Overview

  • Provide product consultative services to Occupational Therapists and NDIS customers for scripted, powered wheelchairs.
  • Covering the West Melbourne territory
  • Enjoy developing long-term relationships with OTs
  • Provide product demonstrations, trials and consultations to Occupational Therapists, with the NDIS customer in mind.
  • Attend the local office 1–2 times per week for meetings and product pickups. The rest of the time, you will be field-based in the community.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience with scripted, powered wheelchairs, either from a Clinical, Sales or Service Tech role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills to engage with Occupational Therapists and NDIS participants in the community
  • A genuine passion for helping people and working in the complex rehabilitation sector.
  • Ability to retain technical information and manage complex clinical cases.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
