- be responsible for_:

- This is a **full-time **role
their suitability for roles and sectors
- Ensuring all administration is up to date on a daily basis - our top revenue generators are both great
- Becoming an expert in your field and keeping tabs on industry hiring trends and news
- Attending client briefing calls (and meetings when possible) to understand the nature of the roles you are
working on and strengthen business ties
- Managing the end-to-end process with clients: project briefing, sourcing & screening, managing interview process, negotiating offers
- Identifying and researching new business prospects to reach out to

**Job requirements - Graduate Recruitment Consultant**
- A great work ethic twinned with a strong commercial track record of success
- Previous recruitment experience is essential
- Evidence of having worked in a busy client-centric environment — we are ideally looking for someone who has prior experience within sales and has evidence hitting and exceeding targets
- Commercial maturity — this role is heavily consultative
- Top organisation skills
- A positive mindset and self-motivation - you’ll need to be competitive and money motivated, whilst being able to bounce back and adapt to rejections
- Excellent time management and a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills - the ability to adapt and cope well with unexpected problems, to work through issues and around any objection
- High level of empathy - showing empathy creates great relationships - showing you understand their unique challenges and perspectives
