**About the Role**:
Our Financial Advice Team located in **Brisbane** **CBD **is looking for a **Client Service Officer** to manage the administrative elements of client relationships whilst supporting the Financial Advice team in providing our clients with quality service.

Your role will be to work with the financial advice team:

- Providing customer service and administration support for clients.
- Liaising with fund managers and maintaining client portfolios using financial planning software (e.g. Xplan).
- Finalising Statements of Advice (SOA’s).
- Preparing Financial Review Documents and client invoices.
- Organising meetings, seminars and functions, assisting with diary management and other ad-hoc requests.

We will consider enthusiastic individuals with a background in financial planning, superannuation or financial services who have:

- A proactive and professional client service focus.
- Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage various service standards and deadlines.
- Advanced skills in Outlook and Word.
- Strong numeric skills.

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Brisbane, QLD 4000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
