**_ Centre in Penrith are seeking an experienced ECT to work in their 60 place centre._**

This exceeding centre is a family owned and operated service providing long day-care across 5 different suburbs, before and after school care and vacation care services.

Our journey began in 2010 when we opened our first centre and since then we have continued to provide high quality care and education into our new services. Each service is run by a fully qualified team of Educators with a proven curriculum that will help your child flourish from our babies room through to getting your children ready for school.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:
Working on and off the floor in the Preschool Room as the Room leader as well as (2IC) to the director in accordance with the requirements of Education and Care Services National Regulations and the National Quality Standard for Early Education and Care;
Developing programs which reflect the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), My Time, Our Place (MTOP) and teaching decisions;
Contributing to and guide the planning, implementation, evaluation and reflection of programs which reflect the
- Emerging skills and interests of children;
- Developing strong relationships with children at the service;
- Developing strong relationships that support and partner with families;
- Implementing the policies and associated procedures of the organisation at all times; and Providing ongoing support and assistance to the Centre Director.

**Essential**
- Bachelor in Early Childhood Education;
- Current Child Protection, First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis
- Management Training certificates;
- 2 + years as a Room Leader and the ability to plan, implement and evaluate early childhood programs as required by the EYLF;
- Sound understanding of National Education and Care Services
- Regulation;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Working with Children Check number
