**Assistant Director Role**:

- Lead the team for high-quality early learning and care
- Mentor and build capabilities within the team
- Manage daily responsibilities and centre operations
- Collaborate with the centre leadership team and establish relationships with families and the local community

**Educational Leader**:

- Oversee the curriculum based on the Early Years Learning Framework
- Lead program development and implementation
- Build strong relationships for quality learning outcomes

**Early Childhood Teacher (ECT)**:

- Inspire a love of learning through purposeful, intentional teaching practices delivered with creativity and energy.
- Build meaningful relationships with families to ensure each child has a strong sense of belonging and thrives.
- Mentor and guide educational practices in your room.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop high-quality early learning programs.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-approved equivalent
- Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (essential for ECT roles)
- Full working rights in Australia
- Working with Children Check
- willingness to **relocate in Kalgoorlie - Goldfields, WA**:

- Current first aid certificate
- Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and QIP
- Leadership experience in Early Childhood setting
