About the Venue - Wingboy Penrith

Located on Henry Street, Wingboy Penrith is an 150+ seater venue trading seven days a week. We're a fast-paced, high-energy restaurant with a big space to fill, often hosting game nights on the big screen

About the Venue - Wingboy Parramatta

Located on Church Street, Wingboy Parramatta is an 68 seater venue trading seven days a week. Another fast-paced, high-energy restaurant with a tight-knit team, dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the smooth operation of both the bar and floor.
  • Ensure the venue is set up and ready for service.
  • Manage bookings and customer flow.
  • Deliver high-quality, friendly service to all guests.
  • Handle cash transactions and end-of-day cash-ups.
  • Maintain RSA compliance and venue safety standards.
  • Run shifts, manage the team, and assist with venue closing.

  • A personable, positive, and professional leader.
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for hospitality.
  • Excellent time management and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • A team player with strong leadership qualities.
  • A willingness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges.

Experience Required

  • 1-2 years in a similar role.
  • Experience opening and closing a venue.
  • Minimum 1 year of bar experience.
