Seeking a 2IC for a family owned 50 place exceeding service in Merrylands. Join this beautiful purpose built centre as part of their leadership team with time off the floor to manage your own tasks.

They require an ECT/2IC to lead and manage their beautiful service under the direction of the Director in return for an excellent salary package. You will also be the room leader where you will manage and lead your own educators in the preschool room.

**To be considered for this position, applicants must have the following**:

- An Early Childhood Degree
- Effective assessment and evaluation techniques
- Values a collaborative team approach
- Is able to establish positive educator/parent relationships
- Strong, confident and motivated personality with an ambition to provide education standards of excellence.
- Be able to drive up Occupancy
- A current First Aid Certificate, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
- Completed How to Identify and Respond to Children and Young People at Risk training.
