**Your new company**
This well-known Federal Government Agency is based in Woden, Canberra and responsible for the program design and service delivery for communities in Australia. They are seeking an APS5, APS6 and EL1 to join their team to support the design and management of grants in a fast paced, outcome focused environment.

**Your new role**
You will be responsible to be a trusted, responsive, and reliable partner to deliver valued recommendations and services in compliance with relevant legislation and policy frameworks. Your duties include but are not limited to:

- Overseeing the risk management of grants and acquittals frameworks, including developing resources and guidance, and reporting on delivery.

EL1 & APS6
- Supporting a team environment through performance feedback, conflict resolution, and advocating career progression.
- Providing high level leadership and direction to the team to ensure the effective delivery of the team’s functions.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful for this position you will have previous experience within a similar grants administration or program design position and within the Federal Government. You will also have a firm understanding of financial concepts and the ability to use online data management systems. You will have the ability to assess and resolve more complex and sensitive issues that impact programs or agreements and develop creative solutions in partnership with delivery teams and relevant program areas. To be considered for this role you will need to be an Australian citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance at the Baseline level or higher.
