**About this role**:
You will be pivotal in shaping and executing our digital marketing strategy. You will be responsible for driving our online presence, engaging our audience, and maximising our digital performance. Your creativity and expertise will be key in promoting our brand and delivering measurable results. Key responsibilities will be:
- Digital strategy and execution: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- Website development: Optimise the website for engagement and lead generation. Support digital refresh activities, and regularly audit content and functionality while conducting competitor analysis to ensure superior UX and SEO performance.
- Intranet content management: Oversee the creation, organisation, and maintenance of intranet content on Sharepoint, ensuring it is up-to-date and relevant. Accountable for managing the visual design and navigation structure.
- Digital Tools and systems: Implement and manage platforms like Salesforce, Pardot, ActiveCampaigns, Google Ads and Analytics, LinkedIn, and Meta campaigns to monitor performance and ROI, supporting business planning, growth, and forecasting.
- Content creation and social media: Develop engaging digital assets and drive and execute social media strategies, ensuring creative content resonates with target audiences - PPC, AI, and paid and unpaid social media.
- CRM and data management: Maintain data accuracy within CRM systems while adhering to Australian data and marketing regulations. Manage marketing automation, segmentation, and personalised customer engagement.
- Analytics and reporting: Use data-driven insights to optimise digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with key performance metrics and ROI goals.
- Competitor analysis: Identify emerging digital trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the marketplace.
- Stakeholder management: Guide cross-functional teams on marketing technology capabilities. Collaborate with stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
**What are we looking for**:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, demonstrating strong experience in developing and executing B2B and B2C digital marketing plans.
- Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools. Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, and ActiveCampaigns will be a distinct advantage.
- Website experience with Umbraco and Sharepoint intranet experience will be advantageous.
- A creative thinker and self-starter with strong project management skills. Ability to remain agile and handle a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams and external agencies.
