In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the collection, analysis, and interpretation of marketing data to provide actionable insights and recommendations that drive strategic marketing initiatives. You will play a crucial role in optimising marketing strategies, enhancing customer experiences and maximising ROI across various channels.
- Analyse website traffic, user behaviour, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics to assess website performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Digital Experience & Automation Manager and Digital & UX Designer to implement tracking codes, tags and other analytic tools to ensure accurate data collection.
- Develop and maintain marketing dashboards, reports ad performance metrics to track KPI’s and measure marketing campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor and manage marketing data quality and hygiene, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and best practices.
- Identify trends, patterns,insights from marketing data to support strategic decision making and optimise marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with the go to market team to develop data-driven marketing strategies, including customer targeting, website and campaign optimisation and budget allocation.
- Provide regular reports and presentations to stakeholders, summarising findings, recommendations, and key insights derived from marketing data analysis.
- Work with the go to marketing team to conduct A/B testing and analyse results to optimise website and marketing campaigns and improve conversion rates.
- Foster a data driven culture by promoting the use of data to inform decision-making across marketing
- Keepup to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing analytics and data analysis

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Marketing Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in a marketing or digital analytics setting.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to collect, organise, analyse and disseminate large amounts of information with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel, SQL or similar tools. Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar.
- Solid understanding of marketing concepts, strategies, and metrics such as ROI, customer lifetime value, conversion rates and segmentation.
- Experience with Hubspot, Google Analytics and marketing automation tools.
- Very strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights and recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
