**About the Role**

As the BuildCam Operations Lead, you'll be responsible for overseeing how our camera systems are deployed to construction sites. This isn't just an office job —you'll be leading teams, solving problems on the ground, and making sure everything goes smoothly.

You'll be working with our logistics, technical, and field teams to keep our clients happy and make their sites more secure and efficient. This role is for someone who understands how construction sites work and can put that knowledge to good use by leading deployments effectively and keeping everything on track.

**Core Functions**:
**Hands-On Operations Oversight**
- Oversee day-to-day BuildCam deployments at construction sites, ensuring everything is set up properly and runs efficiently.
- Stay in close contact with the logistics department to align schedules and keep operations running smoothly.
- Use your practical experience to ensure every setup is safe, meets industry standards, and goes off without a hitch.

**Technical Oversight**
- Get to know our camera technology and the ins and outs of the deployment process.
- Work directly with the development team to make sure the technology aligns with site requirements and works well for our clients.

**Site Supervisor Communication & Relationship Building**
- Communicate directly with other site supervisors to plan installations, solve problems, and make sure everyone is on the same page.
- Address questions and concerns in a straightforward, friendly way to keep projects on track.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with our clients by focusing on practical service and being there when they need you.
- Guide site supervisors in using the system efficiently and help them access relevant information to better manage their projects and streamline their work.

**About You**
- Your previous role includes working in construction as a site supervisor role construction manager role, in operations, or in project coordination within the building or construction space.
- Strong knowledge of project coordination, scheduling, and working closely with logistics.
- Good communication skills with the ability to connect with other site supervisors and construction teams.
- Willingness to travel to different sites as required and adapt to changing site conditions.
