**About the role**:
As the BuildCam General Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving the growth and success of the BuildCam product line, a cutting-edge solution for onsite security and monitoring in the construction industry. This role requires a dynamic and strategic leader who can oversee all aspects of product management, including operational efficiency, market expansion, and financial performance.

Based at the QLD Head Office in Arundel, you will manage cross-functional teams, foster key relationships, and ensure the seamless deployment of BuildCam systems across construction sites nationwide. Regular interstate travel will also be a vital aspect of the role as you engage with clients, partners, and BuildCam stakeholders to position the product as an industry leader.

Your responsibilities will span strategy, operations, client engagement, IT development, and people management. You will be instrumental in shaping BuildCam’s growth trajectory while upholding Buildsafe’s commitment to innovation, quality, and teamwork.

**About you**:

- Strong understanding of construction industry processes and challenges
- Proven track record of driving product growth and managing P&L
- Experience in operations, project management, and coordination
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business value propositions
- Willingness to travel to different sites as required
