About the role
We’re looking for an experience sales individual, working as a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to come and join the team. You will be responsible for driving new business opportunities within enterprise clients across our log management and observability solutions whilst growing existing client relationships. You will position CrowdStrike as the supplier of choice within your accounts.
You can expect to
- Working with our sales teams by briefing new and existing log management personas and amplify CrowdStrike’s Falcon LogScale log management solutions capabilities and value proposition.
- Collaborate with customers on incorporating Falcon LogScale within their operational workflows during technical evaluations and post-sales.
- Partner with marketing and sales to develop and execute outreach campaigns that develop Falcon LogScale log management product sales pipeline and customer awareness.
- Ad hoc collaboration with field and service provider-sales teams to help close significant deals.
- Train internal teams to better position Falcon LogScale log management products.
- Provide product management customer feedback pertaining to new and existing features/capabilities.
- Provide support for sales representatives by: leading calls, acting as a point of contact for a product set, and assisting with internal sales enablement for Falcon LogScale.
- Assist global campaigns to drive the sales of Falcon LogScale solutions.
- Stay well educated and informed about CrowdStrike competitive landscape and how to sell the value of our solutions and services when compared to the relevant competitors in the log management market space.
What you’ll need
- Proven successful track record in a similar role selling high technology products to Enterprise customers.
- Ability to network multiple levels within an account up to C-Level.
- Ideally have an understanding of one or more of the following domains: Log management, observability, DevOps, ITOps or IOT technologies and competitive offerings in the marketplace.
- Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques.
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Ability to create and deliver value propositions.
- Ability to identify and influence key decision makers.
- Strong business acumen and professionalism - leadership, accountability qualities required.
