WHAT YOU WILL LEAD AND GROW
- This Regional Sales Manager will oversee a team of Business Development Managers and Clinical Specialists across Hospital and Aged Care in NSW and QLD for a 15-18 month contract. This position offers flexibility with the option to be based in either NSW or QLD.
- The primary responsibility of the Regional Sales Manager is to achieve sales and profit objectives within their designated region. This entails leading the inpatient sales team to meet targets by implementing effective sales and marketing strategies for both new and existing products, services, and solutions.
- In addition to focusing on immediate sales goals, the Regional Sales Manager will take a strategic approach to drive sales activities and enhance sales effectiveness across business segments.
- This involves coaching and developing the sales team to ensure they have the necessary skills and capabilities to achieve targets and foster growth in sales and profitability.
- The role involves leading the sales team to meet revenue, margin, and expense targets by effectively managing products, resources, and processes. Utilizing market insights and commercial intelligence, the Regional Sales Manager will continuously identify and pursue new business opportunities with both current and prospective customers.
- Furthermore, this Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales and account plans to meet financial targets. Building and nurturing key account relationships within the region will be essential for both maintaining existing business and capitalising on new opportunities for growth.

WHAT EXPERIENCE & SKILLS WILL YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB?
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Science, Nursing, or Medical-related discipline ideal, but not essential.
- 3+ years’ experience in medical device sales leadership with 5+ years’ experience as a medical device sales representative.
- Proven record of success with the development of business in a competitive market place.
- Strong financial and business acumen in business segment.
- Demonstrated ability to drive high performance.
- Results driven - action oriented, high performing.
- You must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and have full working rights for Australia.
